SA-CP is a semiautomatic case packer with built-in aggregation. It is intended for applications where cartons must be aggregated into a case while establishing the aggregation CARTON to CASE process.

SA-CP is a semiautomatic case packer with built-in aggregation. It is intended for applications where cartons must be aggregated into a case while establishing the aggregation CARTON to CASE process.
The system works so that the operator manually places the case onto the machine, then the vision system captures the full image of the carton codes inserted into the case. After reading, the layer of cartons is automatically pushed into the case. When the case is full, an aggregation label is printed which the operator applies to the case and confirms with a handheld scanner.
