2. What personal data we process

We process only data that you provide to us or that is generated when you use the website:

Contact-form and enquiry data: name and surname, company name, e-mail address, phone number and message content.
Recruitment data: when you apply for a job – data from your application, CV and attached documents.
Partner and customer data: contact and business data required to process orders, deliveries and after-sales support.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, date and time of visit, and data collected via cookies (see the separate Cookie Policy).

Providing data is voluntary. If you do not provide certain data, we may be unable to answer your enquiry or to conclude and perform a contract.

4. Recipients and processors

We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to authorised employees and to the following processors acting on our behalf and instructions:

accounting and IT providers and other contractors as needed.

We may disclose data to competent authorities where required by law.

5. Transfers to third countries

As a rule we process data within the EU/EEA. When using services such as Google Analytics, transfers to third countries may occur; in such cases appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework).

6. Retention periods

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose or as required by law:
