In case of breakdown and/or downtime we offer skilled support and service. 85% of all cases are solved over telephone discussion or with remote connection to our applications. Our services engineers are highly skilled and well equipped with spare parts. This way we assure that downtime is solved as soon as possible and this is how we manage to prevent the possible loss in case of longer downtime.
